Mailing Campaigns Contacts

With Mailing Campaigns Contacts you automatically load the E-mail addresses of your guests, reservations and owners. These are labeled to ensure that you can quickly and easily send a mailing to a specific group.

For example, the mail addresses are given the following labels:

• The type (guest, reservation or owner);
• Which park they are registered with;
• The year/month they have a reservation;
• The status of the reservations (cancelled, not yet confirmed).

In addition to the automatic synchronization, you can also manually import a set of Email addresses with a label of your choice.
