It can sometimes happen that you make a reservation through the back office by accident and have forgotten to select the correct channel. It is now possible to adjust a reservation with an internal channel such as the back office to an external channel such as Booking.com. Suppose you have selected the wrong channel, you can change this channel again. You can do this by editing the reservation and choosing the period, accommodation and channel.
It is not possible to change a reservation that arrives via an external channel to another channel. You are in fact faced with commission agreements that you have with these channels. This also applies to owner reservations.
In addition, the invoice is prepared based on the current prices that apply to the channel to which you have adjusted the reservation. However, you can also choose to keep the current invoice if you adjust the channel.
