Customer portal

Is your reception busy with questions from guests about their reservation? As of today guests can log in to a personal Customer portal. In this area guests can find all information about their reservation.

What's in the Customer portal?

  • All reservations - current, future, past and cancelled;
  • Upgrade possibilities - guests can book extras and packages even easier;
  • Sharing data - guests can share their data from the Customer portal, such as for SEPA and license plates.

You can add the Customer portal to your website. Guests fill in their email address and then they can click directly from the email to their personal environment. Read all about the Customer portal here.
