You can set questions after booking in Booking Experts. This is useful if, for example, you want to know what time the guest's flight lands. The guest will be given the opportunity to answer the questions after booking.
Does a guest not answer the questions? From now on we will send an e-mail with the request to still answer the questions. For this we have added the template 'Request for additional questions'.
If a guest does not answer the questions, he will receive this e-mail 7 days before arrival. Has the question not been answered 2 days before arrival? Then he will receive another e-mail with the request to answer the questions.
