Make one employee responsible for the entire onboardingprocess. Of course, that employee doesn't have to carry out everything, but he/she is fully aware of the new system. Preferably this is therefore an employee who works full-time. Based on the checklist, this responsible employee can delegate tasks to a number of other colleagues. Try to free up at least one hour every day for the new system. In this way you get to know the system and the knowledge remains ready.
And with your new system you will have time to spare 🚀, time you can use for other things!
What do I need to do?
Well… Once you've made the choice and the basics are set up… You've suddenly lost the overview, you don't understand it anymore, a total blackout! In that case → don't panic! Ask the helpdesk of your new system for help. Schedule an extra training session together or ask them to watch it over with you. 👀
