Task management for the technical and cleaning staff.

Always keep an overview on what still needs to be done on the park. How many packages of sheets must be delivered next Friday? Has the defect of the shower in holiday home 12 already been solved? Manage, monitor and process tasks simply online from one central spot.


Prepairing tasks

Tasks can be prepaired in several ways:

  • Automatically upon creation of reservations.

  • Automatically, when a holiday home has not been occupied for a number of days. In such a case you could plan an automatic legionella check-up.

  • Manually, like: "Shower is out of order".

Assigning tasks

Tasks can be assigned to tasks lists. This way you can have a seperate list for the cleaning and technical staff. Which and how many task lists you're going to produce is completely up to you.

  1. Completed tasks can be checked off by members of the cleaning or technical staff themselves.
  2. Used materials and spend hours can easily be declared.
  3. A receptionist can review the tasks and when necessary can automatically send an invoice to the owner of the accommodation.


Contractors, such as cleaning or handyman-firms, can now have a personal login which they can use to see their outstanding tasks.
