Enter IBAN in Customer portal

Guests can now enter their IBAN number in the Customer portal. This is useful if you want your guests to pay a deposit. This allows your guests to check in and out more quickly.

Why ask for the IBAN number?

  • The guest doesn't have to pay a deposit but gives a SEPA authorisation. You can read more about it over here;
  • Or you let the guest pay a deposit by booking and after departure you pay the deposit back, for example by downloading a batch file once a week and upload it into your bank. More information can be found here.

TIP: We recommend personalizing the template in which you ask the guest for his/her IBAN. This way the guest will know why you need this information. 😉
