Refunds via Mollie in Booking Experts

It is now possible to refund Mollie payments through Booking Experts!

For online payments and payments via the Mollie pin terminal, you can now initiate a refund which will be refunded to the payer via Mollie. You can choose to refund all or part of the amount.

How do I start a refund?

1. Look up a Mollie payment (pin terminal or online);

2. In the menu, select Refund via Mollie;

3. Enter the amount to be refunded;

4. Click on create refund.

This way, you can easily refund deposits or outstanding invoices.
