Addition Customer portal
We have made a few adjustments to the Customer portal. What has changed?
We have added the Customer portal in Booking Experts. Here you can set a welcome message, choose the portal background and add your logo. In other words, determine your corporate identity! Do you want to set this up? Then you can contact us via email@example.com.
You can also create widgets that are then shown in the reservation detail page in the Customer portal. Examples of widgets could be the restaurant, activities and the cafeteria. The guest can use these services in the Customer portal before and during his/her stay.
Do you have a concern? Then you can set these widgets specifically for each administration. Suppose a guest has a reservation at two parks, park A and park B, then the guest will see the corresponding widgets in the detail page of the reservation.
For example, if you offer two services at park A, but at park B this is one, the system will show two widgets for one reservation and one widget for the other reservation.
