Add refunds easier on the invoice

It is now possible to initiate refunds from within the reservation:

When starting a refund, the outstanding amount is shown and it is also checked to see if it can be divided between the different Mollie payments ( if applicable ). It is also possible to make refunds via other payment methods. Refunding via the action menu for a specific payment is thus eliminated.
