What does the integration do?

Booking Experts takes care of the stay, Recras takes care of the experience around it. The integration connects the two:

1. Your guest has a booking in Booking Experts.
2. From Booking Experts, the guest goes to your Recras book process in one click.
3. Their details — name, e-mail address, phone number and address — are carried over automatically from Booking Experts. No double data entry.
4. The guest picks and books activities, packages, rentals or other extras.
5. You manage all reservations, planning, staff, material and invoicing centrally in Recras.

What the integration does not do (yet)

• The integration does not manage accommodations or stays — that stays entirely in Booking Experts.
• Activity and package reservations are managed in Recras, and are not written back to the Booking Experts administration.
