We provide smart solutions with a specific focus on Energy Management Systems (EMS) and property management. These solutions can relate to a holiday park, building, holiday home, campsite, etc.
This is specially designed for larger organizations where automation, remote management, monitoring, alarming, and ease of deployment/installation are very important.
We supply standard solutions, but because all hardware and software are developed in-house, we can also provide more complex custom solutions for very different types of equipment or control systems. ## Solutions you might consider include:

Technology

The technical heart of our solutions consists of the C-Sense gateways, developed in-house in the Netherlands. These are installed, for example, in a holiday home or electrical cabinet and communicate with various types of sensors/equipment, such as:

• Presence sensor
• Door sensor
• OpenTherm boiler
• Heat pump
• Air conditioning
• Water heater
• Lighting
• etc.

We measure, regulate, manage, and send all relevant data to our dashboard and optionally a mobile app. This allows all statuses to be read or set remotely.
