As Booking Experts continues its international growth, we are pleased to announce that the first version of the ParcVu x Booking Experts integration is now live. This collaboration demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing efficient, streamlined rental management solutions for parks and rental operators worldwide.
The integration connects ParcVu Online with Booking Experts PMS, enabling key information such as homeowner details and accommodation information to flow seamlessly into BEX PMS. Customers can now manage homeowner agreements, homeowner portal, online payments, facility operations, POS, and guest communication within a single, unified system. Bookkeeping is handled in two systems: ParcVu manages sales, while BEX manages rentals.
Strengthening collaboration post-acquisition
Since the acquisition, BEX and ParcVu have worked closely to deliver tools that enhance operational efficiency and scalability for customers. By integrating these platforms, we are able to provide a comprehensive solution that supports rental and sales management for parks of all sizes, especially in the UK market.
This integration represents a key milestone in our international growth strategy, making it easier for parks to manage their rental operations while accessing new capabilities enabled through ParcVu’s platform.

Homeowner details, rental fleet information, and bookings are automatically available in BEX PMS for homeowner management solutions, including agreements, portals, and invoicing. This reduces errors and ensures your team always works with accurate information. - Integrated Booking Engine
The integration includes the Integrated Booking Engine, allowing parks to manage multi-bookings within BEX PMS, ensuring that rental operations and scheduling are handled in one platform alongside other integrated features. - Manage your rental fleet efficiently
Multi-bookings, Planboard scheduling, online payments via BEX Payments, POS, and facility management operations can now be handled from a single platform, helping staff stay organised and reducing mistakes during busy periods. - Automate guest communication
Emails, payment policies, and security deposits can now be managed automatically, saving time and ensuring that guests always receive timely information without extra effort from your team. - Access business intelligence and automate bookkeeping
Centralised data allows parks to generate reports and gain insights automatically, supporting operational excellence and helping operators make informed decisions. Bookkeeping is split between systems: sales in ParcVu and rentals in BEX.
Even in this first version, these features provide a solid foundation for efficient rental management, making day-to-day operations simpler and more reliable.
