This makes compiling and sharing owner identification, financial details, and rental activity an annual requirement.

Instead of managing complex manual exports, the app links your property management system directly to the electronic post office of the tax authorities. It is important to note that this connector app connects exclusively to the Dutch tax authority, the Belastingdienst, via Digipoort.

Direct feedback on DAC7 financial report
Before using the app, you gather and verify all required information, such as owner tax identification numbers, bank details, and property data, in a DAC7 financial report. Once your report is fully checked, the app enables you to securely upload the entire data package with a single click. If the tax authority rejects any part of the submission due to mismatched records, the app fetches direct feedback so you can make the necessary adjustments and submit an official correction report.
