Central virtual tours directly in Booking Experts

PixXmedia Virtual Tours connects each authorised Booking Experts administration to one central, published 360° portal. The portal has its own menu for selecting apartments, mobile homes, holiday accommodation and other areas.

Setup and workflow

1. Install the app and authorise the required administration.
2. The app reads only the administrations and accommodation types needed for this integration.
3. Enter the complete public HTTPS address of the published 360° portal once, for example https://pixx.media/wulfen/. This address is supplied by pixXmedia or the virtual-tour provider; Booking Experts does not create it.
4. The “Open virtual tour” command then becomes available on every associated accommodation type.
5. Apartments, mobile homes and other areas are selected from the tour’s own menu.

Booking Experts remains the source system for accommodation types. Changes and new types are taken into account automatically.

Virtual tours only

This app is exclusively intended for virtual 360° tours. GPS routing, conventional photography, drone photography and Google Street View are not part of the app.

Privacy

The app uses OAuth2 and requests read-only access to administrations and accommodation types. Guest, reservation, payment and message data is not requested. OAuth credentials and portal addresses are stored encrypted.
