Cynox offers two products in the same app. With Camp-Control you can automatically and accurately register guests’ energy consumption, for individual campsites as well as for holiday homes, and make that data available in your Booking Experts PMS. With Camp-Cards, you can provide your guests with an access key card that can also be used to pay for credit-operated services such as washing machines. These Camp-Cards are also connected to the reservation in BEX PMS.

Cynox hardware for campsites and cabins
To make use of this integration, you’ll need some Cynox hardware. These are the devices that connect your sockets to your reservation system, that read and write your Camp-Cards, and provide access. For more information about Cynox hardware, contact Cynox via info@cynox.de.

Camp-Control
When using this system, you match Cynox Sockets to specific accommodations, or objects. This will ensure the proper assignment of power usage to all future reservations. Automatically turn on the power socket for the correct site of each reservation upon check-in, and turn it off again upon check-out. The associated meter readings for energy consumption are recorded, so charging power fees becomes quick and easy. All from the comfort of your desk! Manually switching the sockets or overwriting the associated meter readings is possible if necessary.

Camp-Cards
With Camp-Cards, you will be able to write access cards for your guests with data and parameters that are automatically generated based on the guest’s reservation. Validity based on check-in and check-out, and access different areas based on the booked accommodation and extras. You can even pre-load credits on each card, which your guests can use for guest-only services.
