Offer Cancellation Insurance Directly

In collaboration with Recreatieverzekeringen.nl, you can offer a cancellation insurance policy for individuals, families, or groups directly when booking a stay. This is a great extra service for your guests, for which we offer you an attractive commission.

Security

RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl holds an official license from the AFM (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets) and is affiliated with Kifid (Financial Services Complaints Tribunal). So you are guaranteed security!

How the App Works

A new feature is that by installing this app, you no longer need to supply monthly reports (export files from Booking Experts). As soon as a booking is finalized, it is automatically forwarded to Recreatieverzekeringen.nl during the night. All purchased cancellation insurance policies are collected, processed monthly, and you will receive a current account invoice from us—of course excluding your commission.

To retrieve policy data (booking information), the following system is in place: we retrieve every booking that is older than 24 hours. This is because changes are often made within the first 24 hours, and at some parks, a booking may still be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.
Additionally, we re-check all bookings from the past 8 days, as a cancellation insurance policy can always be added within 7 days. The system does not save bookings whose booking number is already known, ensuring no duplicate data is received.
