Verbleif is facility management software for holiday parks and campgrounds. It handles all daily work at your park: changeover-day cleaning, technical issues, inspections and other tasks around your guests’ stay. Log reports, assign them to the right department and convert them into a task when action is needed.

Everything revolves around your properties. Every task and report is linked to an accommodation or facility, with current reservation info such as arrivals, departures and changeovers. Reception, cleaning and technical teams always know what is going on, without phone calls or separate lists.

Use the web app at your desk for overview, planning, assignment and setup. Your team works on site in the mobile app: large buttons, quick status changes, camera and offline work. Both share the same account and the same data.

Two-way sync

Verbleif connects seamlessly to your existing planning. Reservations, properties and facilities come in automatically. Tasks, time tracking and used materials sync two-way: when your team updates something in Verbleif, it follows along. The same works the other way around. Everything stays aligned and nobody has to do the same work twice.
