Results of our independent customer satisfaction survey

At Booking Experts, we are in daily contact with holiday parks, campsites and hotels that use our software. But to really know what users think about us? For that, honest, independent feedback is indispensable.

For this reason, we recently had a customer satisfaction survey carried out by an external research agency. A randomly selected group of users was invited to share their experiences with Booking Experts, about our products, support and cooperation in general.

We are proud of the results and see them as valuable input for further growth.
